This company lies to the patients and the staff. They promise raises and the employees never receive them. No one is fully trained and over worked. All the employees fear being replace and the investors don't have a clue of the disaster and lies to patient and insurance companies. They hire staff that doesn't understand or speak english. No one ever answers the phone and the jobs are always pushed along. They don't like to reimburse you even with copy of receipts.

I have a well established long history career and never came across a public organization such as this one. Being an employee for more than 2 years, I notices their practices are very inmoral and corrupt, especially in Finance, Accounting and Compliance. The new Chief Accounting Officer brings over his friends to work there as consultants and micromanage other department Directors. He brought about 3 or 4 already. Oh and by the way he gets rid of people right away if he finds out they don´t think like him. He is unable to trust or speak to each department unit and always seems to need an an outsider to feed him information. He litterally does not trust the other Chiefs or VP. Highly biased with his comments about hispanic people that work there. They hire Managers and Directors left and right to them fire them. Very disorganized environment, gossip all year round! No remote flexibility and prepare to work long hours after 6 on site and heavy traffic Stay away. Im looking for a new job myself as well as my colleagues.
