Pros

Company parties, room to advance if you suck up and gain enough seniority.

Cons

Hours can be as long or short as the manager wishes. If they know you want to leave early, they will make you stay late, even though individuals with more seniority should be staying late. There is also a lot of favoritism.

Pros

Work hours are short and if you are looking for easy money and poor work ethics this is your workplace.

Cons

The company does not value its employees or their mental health. Management has unreasonable expectations and bogus standards that they want staffs to meet even at the cost of their mental health. Nobody cares about the efforts or time a person is giving at work and thus taking staffs and their service for granted. The service provided to customers are shallow and no Feedback or review is taken into account to change processes or resolve problems to bring a positive customer or even work experience

Good Pay and benefits. Co-workers are great and lots of hours available.

Cons

Very poor management. Disorganized beyond belief. Useless union with a bare minimum type of attitude.
