Pros

small company, casual, some nice coworkers

Cons

pay too little for work expected, bad management, disorganized, have one manager who speaks to people like they're his kids and he's never called on it, really bad company moral, don't like to allow employees their vacation time without making them feel bad about it, no benefits, the owner has no problem with being unethical, lying or out right not paying people money they're owed after they leave the company (earned sales commissions)

Pros

Being able to work a few nice co-workers.

Cons

Terrible management, very poor training, low pay grade, no health benefits, expects 60-70 hours of work for 40 hours of pay. Will not allow employees to ask for help from other employees when needed without being yelled at. No growth opportunities. Will not allow employees to finish 2 weeks after giving notice because they do not want to pay any commission earned after notice given. My advice. Seek other opportuinties. STAY FAR AWAY.

Pros

Nice coworkers in the company

Cons

Horrible management, unorganized and pay was always late. Had to always seek my paycheck. Sales manager is the worst to work with she is very unprofessional. Worst job I've ever had!
