The micromanagement is over the top. You can't even send an email within the company without the controller's approval, which delays response times and frustrates top management. The entire time I was there, multiple new hires have left after just a couple of days.

-The Controller is verbally abusive. Not even an exaggeration, she will literally yell at you so loudly, that almost everybody in the upstairs office can hear, and the things she says was always done aggressively. Felt more like a punching bag than constructive criticism. Turnover rate was incredibly high. - Micromanagement was the worse. You couldn't do your task differently than what the controller expects; there was no flexibility in the way to do things. It's her way or the highway.
