      Pros

      - Everyone here has been hired thoughtfully, so you spend your days surrounded by smart, dedicated and fun people - The management team is really accessible and gives employees a ton of trust (lots of vacation time, lots of ownership over major projects) - Everyone's feedback is heard and valued - Company is succeeding and hitting its targets - Backed by Ford so very stable, but runs like a nimble startup - Lots of extras like company retreats, soccer, tons of vacation, generous compensation, etc. - Cars are a fun space to work in! So much happening in mobility.

      Cons

      - Lots of meetings, but that's because everyone has a voice, so it's hard to curb

      Pros

      - Sociable group of colleagues - Constant experimentation with better ways to do things (with incremental success!) - Excellent benefits - Very reasonable work hours with flexibility to work from home - Knowledgeable team mates who support and learn from each other - The code's real nice to work in, very good development environment - Lots of comfy chairs on the quiet side of the office when you just need to zone into the code

      Cons

      - There's a lot of tribal knowledge in the tech space. It's very hard to figure out the code on your own without prying a lot of information out of a few heads - Scant infrastructure for managing work from home. Calling into meetings is possible but no screen sharing yet.
