The management is terrible. Employees often receive passive aggressive emails reinforcing "rules." Rules include not even be able to read a book in your down time when you've finished all your tasks. Little to no perks for being an employee. Not even a discounted rate for medical care for employees that work there. They don't ask/listen for employee feedback. The turnover rate is high, but management doesn't seem to care or wonder why. They just refill the position with some random that doesn't even have medical experience (they train on-the-job MA's). Overall, it feels like management is constantly criticizing and never rewarding. Also, they are building a new Springville location, which would be great if everyone from both clinics didn't have to cram in the small Mapleton location for however long it takes to build the new clinic.
