Pros

There was only one problem person, everyone else was kind.

Cons

Disorganized: Too scatterbrained, I was trained with a proven structure to do daily tasks for the Executive Assistant position, but they deviated from that to a structure with no centralized database, and no real CRM. They have those things, so it strikes me odd that they would opt for methods that are more time consuming. Unable to work independently: If you are the type of person that works well with little instructions, this isn't the place for you. You will be hounded relentlessly and micromanaged. Multitasking overload: Starting a task and being redirected repeatedly made it difficult to complete anything efficiently. There's such a thing as multitasking in the most inefficient way possible. Don't quit your job to work here yet, they're not ready to relinquish control to employees and let them do the tasks in peace.

Pros

My experience with Canzell has been terrible from start to finish, so no, there aren't any pros here...

Cons

Managers place too much pressure on employees. They couldn't care less about our well-being, and only care about their demands being met. I couldn't handle all the stress from having to keep up with such brutal workloads and expectations, so I left.
