Sometimes salary issue arises. But it's no big issue they inform us before if such problem arises.

Positive feedback & always pushed to meet your potential. Tier progression allows you to increase your salary & opens doors for promotion. Helpful management & team coaches provide great support.
Cons
The business is forever changing! New things to incorporate in to calls weekly/monthly! Call marking guidelines are stringent however dependant on who marks it, could be the difference between a pass or a fail! As we work on a contingent basis we are puppets on the strings of the client we service! They say jump & the company says how high.
