Pros

Extremely relaxed dress code..maybe to a fault. Dingy pajamas are ok! Dont like to think much? Come on down. They hire just about any one.. face full of tatts? Pink blue and green hair? Dont like to shower or do laundry? Anti social? Just an overall weirdo? Slacker? This is the place for you.

Cons

THE ADHERENCE POLICY IS PURE BS. Youre just a number and all they care about is numbers. Which is fine unless you're fond of being treated like an individual or an actual human being. Out of date software ..its a joke. Sad thing is no matter how perfectly you do your job the system will butcher the words for you..which is not only frustrating but can also count against you. Rude admin.. not all ..but some definitely need attitude adjustments. Some have that "Ive been here for years and you havent, so youre an peon to me" type of vibe. Unrelated to the actual job but .. those sketchy elevators that take 5 mins to show up.. no bueno.. during a 15 mins break they can be detrimental to your adherence. Place always stinks for some reason. Different areas have a different funk. Nauseating. They pretend as though the scheduling is flexible.. it is not. After a year I still couldnt change my schedule for what ever reason. Hardly any room for advancement.. they say that there is.. competing with hundreds of candidates for 2 positions isnt exactly my idea of "room".

Pros

I guess the fact that you ACTUALLY have a job. And you’re indoor. You could be dead. I guess. Only doing this to reach the 20 word requirement.

Cons

Everything. It’s embarrassing to tell your friends how little you make here. Everything is terrible. Benefits, pay, “PTO,” and the actual job itself is terrible. It’s a shame grown people work here. HUGE TURNOVER RATE. Because everyone realizes it’s a shameful job.

Pros

Holiday pay No college degree required Relaxed dress code

Cons

- Software is outdated and always puts the wrong words on the screen forcing you to make too many corrections - Sitting in front of computer screens and hard chairs for hours at a time *Headaches from looking at a computer screen all day *Blurry Vision from looking at computer screen for hours at a time *Back Hurt from chairs *Chairs Stink and so do some of the people - Keyboards and computers not taken care of properly (crumbs and hair in keyboards, keys missing, labels missing on keyboards, sticky screens, unclean working areas) - Dragon (voice recognition software) Sucks: Works differently on different computers, antiquated software that does not recognize simple and common words and phrase, but is blamed on CA not enunciating enough. - Calls Sucks: Depressing calls, incoherent callers, tiring and boring, bigoted callers especially during election time. - Being monitored daily and can be docked for call quality even if call is an hour long and your voice is going and they talk nonstop. - Developing Useless Habits: No capitalization allowed, no minor error correction allowed and docked for it if you do (hard to do for anyone who passed elementary school English) - Pay for Parking - Progression Within is possible but not worth it. - Amount of Oversight is Annoying: Little to No Freedom and stopping to get water or going to the bathroom goes against you and hurts adherence which is supposed to be at 95% for the month. - Short 30 minute lunches - Policy Violations: No info about what counts as a violation beforehand (lunches that are 29 minutes instead of 30 counts as a violation) - People are Zombies from Being Here So Long - Can get suspended or reprimanded for having private conversations that eavesdroppers are listening to even if it is not racist, bigoted, or intentionally offensive and between 2 people talking among themselves. - Too Much Uncertainty With Captel: Not Going to Be Useful in 10,15, 25 years from now; Dependent on Gov't Funding - Dumb time clock rounding that they use
