Pros
- Healthy working culture and atmosphere with family style vibes and no corporate style bureaucracy. There is strong structure and existing processes but always with a human touch. - Collaborative and cooperative team members. Everyone wants to do the best job possible and genuinely help each other along the way. - Additionally, people are very warm and it is pretty common to hang out or do things outside of work together as friends (rock climbing, video games, etc). There is a very strong culture of always on video on Zoom. - AAA clients and chance to make amazing work with a global audience. Cool to see your work generate millions of impressions from fans. - Great WFH benefits including stipends for home office, internet, snacks, overtime wages and more.
Cons
- Fully permanent remote working so depending on your working style, may not be suitable for everyone. Most team members are based in CA still but that has steadily been changing with new members across continental America. Working time zones is based on your location but all team members are expected to check in daily at 9am PT. - AAA client work can sometimes demand extra hours during certain periods. This is not out of norm for any place doing AAA work and Capacity does a fine job of managing projects but it should still be noted for people to have realistic expectations.
