Great co-workers. The headquarters will be nice.

Cons

Extreme micro-managing. They tell you a lot of great things to get you to join, and then you realize it's all lies. Management and Executive need to change. HR didn't even respond to an inquiry about my position before I left. No respect. The office had almost completely turned over the year before I joined. I'm sure it will happen again.

The company truly cares about their employees and customers. I have been so lucky and thankful to be working for a place that has done so much during Covid and has really put safety first.

Cons

Pay is not that good for all of the work and daily tasks that is expected of you.

Pros

The internship program is amazing , you get seminars, communicate to talk to the CEO and the higher ups. They try to make it fun by having field days so you can get to know the other interns.

Cons

Sometimes they put you on being a teller as an “internship” may not be relatable to your field. However they try their best to put you on your field.
