      The amenities of the hotel and the non management staff.

      Cons

      Corporate office staff that truly doesn't have a clue on what it means to be in the hospitality industry. Not keeping up the general condition of the hotel. They spent 250k redoing the lobby and the guest rooms are shabby

      Free meal everyday was nice, but the choices get old.
