Pros

If you love Foreign Military Sales and need an Entry Point. Program Manager and Company do try to do the best they can and offer solid benefits.

Cons

Biggest issue is the disconnect with the USG and it is a trend I have begun to notice with many companies that are really body shops looking for a body to fill a slot. Leaders do the best they can but the vetting process can be challenging with the need to fill positions.

Good benefits for all employees. But that's about all the pros.

Cons

There's no accountability for poor management at Cape Fox. If you get a bad manager, good luck having anyone hear you out. Some people have been there so long, it doesn't matter that they weren't meant to be managers. There's no leadership, mentoring, or coaching. You are thrown into the deep end and then expected to swim to shore without any proper guidance. I'd run from this place if I was getting hired here.
