Pros

Working at Cape Reserve has truly been a life-changing experience. The growth here is unlike anything I’ve seen — not just in terms of promotions and pay, but in personal development and leadership. Whether you’re starting fresh or have years of experience, this is a place where you’re constantly encouraged to level up and chase bigger goals. What makes it even more special is the environment. Every day feels like you’re working alongside your best friends — people who push you, celebrate your wins, and hold you accountable in the best way. The camaraderie here is real, and the energy in the office is contagious. You’re not just clocking in for a paycheck — you’re building something meaningful with people you actually enjoy being around. A huge part of that culture comes from our CEO, Justin. He’s not your typical boss — he’s a mentor, a leader who genuinely cares about the success and well-being of every person in the office. He’s been in our shoes, built this company from the ground up, and continues to show up every day with the same fire and humility. He’s done so much for all of us — professionally and personally — and has created an environment where we can thrive, take ownership, and become the best versions of ourselves. If you’re hungry, coachable, and want to grow fast in a team-first atmosphere, Cape Reserve isn’t just a job — it’s the opportunity you’ve been looking for

Cons

I hate the phrase. Everything happens for a reason, but when I started at Cape Reserve,I knew within the first week that this was home. No cons for me

Pros

I've been working here for 6 months. The work is challenging, but incredibly rewarding. The training is effective, the opportunities for professional growth are through the roof. You'll learn how to sell not only a product, but how to develop the art of selling yourself. There is a clear and well understood path for advancement/promotion. If you want to, you can easily make a career out of this Job. You will also learn how to develop and lead others. The company culture is fantastic. Everyone you work with will put an emphasis on having fun every day. You will always be a name, not a number to the people you work with.

Cons

If I have to choose a con, it is the long hours. This is a high commitment, high reward. opportunity. It is worth 100% worth it, but only if you are willing to put in the hard work.
