      Pros

      Large organization with many avenues of growth, good processes and leadership, well respected brand globally. Great place to earn good quality experience.

      Cons

      As with many such consultancies, there’s a strong focus on billability targets and KPI’s. Par for the course, though. HQ in France enforce top-down decisions across the global regions, sometimes without attention to regional nuances or differences
