      Pros

      - The environment depends on the team that you're working with, and of course your direct manager. - Opportunities to learn. - Working with people, coworkers or clients, from different cultural background and languages - parking allowance, insurance (IN/OUT), company's doctor, casual Fridays - Travelling - Most employees are friendly

      Cons

      - There is little chance of promotion in terms of the paycheck or the position. - Cutting cost is sometimes mandatory but it definitely has a negative impact on the employees. - New technologies and solutions should be considered to be implemented. - Some people are overloaded while others don't have much to do. - No official training or certifications
