      Pros

      Working from home nights and weekends makes it a great job for stay at home moms. My supervisors are responsive and personable.

      Cons

      It’s a heavily customer service oriented job so it comes with the frustration of having to take the brunt of other people’s frustrations. You also spend time trying to fix other people’s mistakes.
