- No career opportunities - A majority of the territories are hopeless - Product is extremely overpriced and impossible to sell - Low salary - Zero corporate culture - An alarming amount of turnover - Way too much micromanaging

A fair/competitive salary and commission structure. Fully air conditioned office space/comfortably furnished.

Cons

Aggressive/Passive Aggressive management styles create an uncomfortable office environment. All take no give work culture that fosters bitterness in staff and fuels nonsensical, awkward office politics / dynamic.

Cons

Management, growth scope, environment - EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE. Worst career move of my life. NY office opened with eyes shut. Threw in people with NO managerial experience who made everything worse. Job was NOTHING like what was conveyed in the interview - so upper management is also full of it!
