Pros
Very interesting advanced new technologies developed for government orders. The manufacturing process is very interesting for a techy. Relaxed, laid-back conditions. Nice place to work. The top management is very knowleadgable and dedicated.
Cons
The cons are not of company making, but that of asian price competition. Many company went out of business and this one was suffering dramatically. Had to lay off a large portion of workforce.
