      Pros

      the partners at Capital really know how to take care of their people. In a city filled with similar companies, they shine in ensuring their people are well taken care of. They take workplace harassment and safety seriously, they train their staff to learn new technical skills, and strive to do high quality work for clients. It's nice to not feel like a bar code at a company.

      Cons

      Fully work-from-office. I wish they'd have a 2 day/week work from home hybrid system.
