Great Benefits, everyone who works at CGP really cares about one another, fun employee events, you can discuss your concerns with your employment with any supervisor or manager you feel comfortable with to reach a solution, reduced use of your vehicle and gas if you have an on site position, possibility for discounts on utilities, Great VP and President, option to join the Imagineers which allows you to voice your suggestions for company improvements. Occasional bonuses, commission, and gift cards for achievements, career related achievements are celebrated, participation in the San Diego Apartment Association.
Cons
Reduction of and lack of adequate support staff and vacation/sick coverage, limited room for growth, some employees are treated better than others, lots of responsibilities for below average compensation, inadequate training time and lack of training or limited training for new software or products, increase in work load without increase in staff, some properties have a higher instance of emergency calls on the 24/7 on call cell phone.
