Pros

Capital Gurus provides a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Employees are trusted with meaningful responsibilities, and there is room to develop new skills across different areas of the business. Leadership is supportive, recognizes hard work, and encourages employees to contribute ideas. The culture is competitive, motivating, and rewarding for individuals who enjoy taking initiative and making an impact.

Cons

As with any growing company, priorities can change quickly, but leadership continues to adapt and improve processes as the business evolves.

Pros

A few good coworkers who are trying to make the best of a difficult situation.

Cons

This was easily one of the most disappointing companies I have worked for. What was presented during the hiring process was very different from the reality of working here. Employees are expected to work extremely hard while dealing with constantly changing expectations, poor communication, and a lack of transparency from management. The biggest issue is trust. Promises are made that are either not honored or later reinterpreted when it benefits the company. Compensation and commission matters can become unnecessarily complicated, leaving employees feeling frustrated and undervalued. When concerns are raised, management often becomes defensive rather than addressing the underlying problem. The culture is driven by pressure and unrealistic expectations. Employee turnover appears to be high, which should be a red flag to anyone considering a position here. Instead of focusing on building a stable and supportive environment, leadership seems more concerned with short-term results. Many employees join believing they are entering a company that values its people, only to discover that they are viewed as disposable once they stop producing at the level management expects. Morale suffers as a result.

While we do not believe this review reflects the broader employee experience at our company, we take all feedback seriously. We provide onboarding, training, ongoing management support, and established channels for employees to raise concerns. We are committed to clear expectations, transparent practices, and a respectful, accountable workplace.
