Working from home is great. The company makes me set my own hours working from home. I am doing the same work from home same as i would duplicate in the office.

Cons

No co-workers to annoy or bother.

Pros

Overall a good company to work for. I worked from home with little supervision. Went into the office once a week for meetings. Management is very considerate and liberal with time off and leaves. Very responsive to concerns and issues that may arise or imminent.

Cons

Company need to hire more staff.
