Upper management is strictly for profit and doesn’t build relationships with the employees. They promote back biting and mistrust amount the staff to stay in the know and on top if site staff. The environment is not productive in that way and does not offer stability.

Corporate not good at supporting staff. Did not let staff enforce lease and rules. Tenants cry about not being able to smoke in their apartment and when given a solution to stopping it gets dropped due to cost never mind health for neighbors or other staff.
