Helicopter management. You will be shamed for taking one 30 minute lunch break during your 12 hour shift. Shamed for not returning to work immediately after birthing a child & shamed for needing to pump during your shift.

Only positive is proximity if you live in the area.

Cons

Horrible management, horrible pay, vacations never approved, yet managers are away on week-long vacations all the time. Disrespectful, incompetent management from top to bottom. Prepare to be infantilized and insulted. They thrive on short-staffing all departments and then crying about overtime and productivity rates. Would never recommend this hospital.
