Pros

Company benefits sounded nice. It includes 401k with matching and health insurance but you only get those after the probationary period. That could take at least a year working for the company. And most couldn't even make it to a year.

Cons

I'm not sure how the company's getting customers when they're so rude and unprofessional. Management talks to clients like they don't have common sense. They're sarcastic and condescending, and though others feel insulted, they go on with the project anyway. And if management does this with clients, they're much much worse to employees! We get yelled at everyday not just insulted. We get humiliated as well like our brains couldn't think at all! And avoid making a mistake at all cost cause you'll surely be on the hot seat in the next meeting and meetings after that until someone replaces you!! Working here could be a nightmare, beware!!!

Pros

NO PROS AVOID AT ALL COST

Cons

Mangers micro manage you with unreal expectations. Will fire you for just about anything, Adhere to the seven hour shift agreement, don’t get employees back two hours later than they are scheduled to work then flip out when someone is two minutes late. Don’t hold team building events on off days and don’t be idiots

Pros

There’s always something to stay occupied.

Cons

There’s a constant stream of tasks, but not always a clear sense of how they connect. You move from one thing to another without a strong understanding of priorities. Over time, it feels more like staying busy than accomplishing something meaningful.
