No forward thinking. The CEO runs the place like it's his home and upper management has NO say, but they think they do and can help make positive changes. It's bad when the typical excuse is "well it's what HE wanted..." when referring to a negative change or lack of a positive one. NUMEROUS GOOD EMPLOYEES have left over the past two years for other opportunities and they wonder why the moral is so low and they have trouble filling positions...

This place is horrible! If they spent as much time training their employees as they do decorating for holidays it might be a ok place to work. Management gets their own parking close to the building, which makes them so much better then you. Nothing is private so if you screw up it's announced over the whole department. If your part of the "click" you don't have to do much. It's pretty much a sweat shop, (about 80+ degrees all of the time) and supervisors are continuous harassing you every 15 minutes asking if you're alright and checking the volume on your phone. Downsizing in other departments means they can bounce you out of your position.
