Pros

They give hike every 6 months which is very rare in many companies.. Also they have team outings and some fun activities arranged once in a while..

Cons

It's not a place for honest, hard-working employees but it's definitely a place for playing personal level, dirty politics!! It's ok if an employee doesn't work but the employee has to showcase to the management that he/she is working very hard!! They keep on changing their plans every now and then, covering it up with an excuse of being a "startup" but the actual reason is that they lack a vision and a proper road map!!

Easy to fool management.

Cons

CEO loves travelling, fake promises and top it all no roadmap. COO has no clue on his job profile. Employees are rewarded basis personal favouritism. HR has no clue who hire for what.

They are using some good technologies but they dont have experience on it

Cons

Not at all good for your career , no proper management, no proper guidance, full bias and they hired people from there family and friends so they will not allow you to grow , manager attitude is not at all good full carelessness And big problem cold war between CTO and manager
