Great at the Top but quite Tribal

Pros

Supportive with getting you started and getting all the certifications you need.

Cons

Tribal in the sense of you get put into consulting project with other teams but you make it or break it by how they feel about you and they have a conflict of interest to take all the credit and throw you under the bus... so like any other consulting firm.

Pros

You get to rotate in between different practices where learning is encouraged and imperative.

Cons

Difficult to get billable hours as a first year, so make sure to be super proactive and really stay on top of requesting internal work or getting certifications done as the learning curve in consulting is always getting steeper.
