It has a annual Academy training the people from Analyst to Partner along the career path compemented by coutry or subject specific trainins in their offices. Both technical and soft skills. This helps me in my work with clients and to deliver in critical situations. I receive regular feedback and reviews. I feel I am developing and can make it to partner.
