Pros
I get to work with extremely intelligent people who love to solve difficult problems. We work as a team to build AI, Machine Learning and advanced mathematics that finds hidden distinctions in the market. We started off as a small company working out of a house, so we bring the start-up mentality and work effort into to office everyday. Capitalogix has matured significantly over the last 3 years by hiring the right executive team and bringing in talent that can execute the vision.
Cons
The company is transitioning from a small start-up to an institutional platform. I don't have any cons other than the normal growing pains of building a company.
