Pros

- Still good people that work for the company keeping it afloat. - Pretty decent benefits and perks like free tickets to local sporting events. -

Cons

The company faces a significant issue with poor leadership specifically in one of its divisions providing satellite connectivity. At the center of this problem is a Chief Engineer who has amassed decades of documented complaints. Under this individual's leadership, multiple employees of color have been terminated, while those remaining are subjected to intimidation and a toxic work environment. This leader frequently directs negative comments at employees and customers they deem expendable, while pushing their personal political views on the office, and creates an atmosphere of hostility and division. Despite being the clear source of these issues, this individual has retained their position, while countless capable and dedicated employees have been let go. It is deeply troubling that years of documented complaints about discrimination and bullying have gone unaddressed, raising serious questions about the values and priorities of Capitol Broadcasting.

Pros

Most are compassionate and hard working co-workers.

Cons

Benefits are dropping. Morale is low. Feels like anyone could be let go, but more high paying positions are being made.
