Pros
The people doing the work are good people and made it tolerable.
Cons
The "leadership" (I hesitate to actually call it that) only want robots. They want people who are smart enough to run equipment and do paperwork but dumb enough that you don't question anything. If you question, it's taken as a challenge to authority and you are "dealt with." A lot of money spent on useless things but told to freeze hiring. Executives chew you out for one thing wrong but say nothing when a thousand things are done right. When you put your notice in to leave you get berated about being "unprofessional." Executives put people down who leave. Very arrogant upper management who really do not care about their subordinates. Very outdated leadership styles, have a "work hard, not smart" mentality.
