Pros

Pay more than minimum wage for someone with no skills

Cons

A lot of paperwork. A lot of staffing shortages, management constantly calling for extra hours, then being told you have “too much overtime”, followed by more calls for overtime

Pros

* lots of free time to use for my college studies * most staff are indifferent to you doing your thing * management's not up your butt about everything so long as it doesn't harm a client * HR manager gets back to you quickly * lots of overtime if desired

Cons

* minimal warning about clients behaviors * certain shifts/hours make no sense and they will assign you a shift without permission * certain staff are "preferred" and you will be at their mercy despite lack of house managers * if you don't get everything down in a month prepare for the worst * no bonuses * never seen the president even once; he genuinely does not care about this company at all
