      Poor direction and management

      Pros

      There are a few employees and senior managers that understand the issues and are willing to try and fix them.

      Cons

      Communication is poor. The previous CEO retired leaving an interim CEO that is not a very good manager. My understanding is that most of her direct reports complained to HR already and she was still made interim. The company itself does not invest in its employees.

      Pros

      Some pretty cool people. Small organization gives the appearance that you can voice your concerns. I have 2 monitors for taking calls and working in the system. The HR is nice and does a good job updating everyone on changes.

      Cons

      The culture here is pretty bad. There's been several key people resigning in the last 2 months and my understanding is that turnover has been bad here for years. They moved us off of nice desks onto plastic child folding tables and a dozen of us are crammed in a tiny room with 1 bathroom and the CEO. The branch has a smell and most of the time you are left alone to figure things out. Sink or swim mentality.

      + I had the opportunity to work with a few people that cared about more than themselves.

      Cons

      - Lots of drama - Lack of accountability across all departments - The recent Board of Directors continues to ignore systemic problems in management
