Pros

We got paid. Great kids and parents.

Cons

1. Cinzia Roventa (the owner) is extremely disrespectful and rude. a. I asked for a raise, after negotiating back and forth in a meeting Cinzia agreed. Once the raise wasn't reflected on my next two paychecks, I asked when I should expect to see it and was told "I never even had to agree to the raise, if it's such a problem you didn't get it yet you should work somewhere else." Mind you, I asked in a very kind and professional tone. 2. There is prejudice in the work place. 3. Hostile work Environment. 4. Emotionally draining because of management. 5. Extremely Disorganized. 6. Unfair treatment in the workplace. 7. Lack of communication. Shall I continue....

Pros

-you get paid -check is every two weeks

Cons

- You live in fear with every move you make. If you have a type of emergency, well make it your last priority because CLS comes first :D you get fired for having emergencies! life happens but i guess it only can happen for them. -The owner cusses out parents and employees, employees never last long with this company because of the toxic environment. -If you have any mental illness, this place is not for you. It will have you drained and emotionally detached from reality. This environment is the worst type there is. -This is a At-Will job and if they fire you they won’t tell you what you did wrong. You’re just fired, hence living in fear. -If you ask for a day off, they ask a million questions and never want anyone to take off. They want you there like a robot from Monday-Friday. They never have many people to cover because of how many employees they lose monthly.

Pros

Predictable schedule (3-6 Mon-Fri) and that’s about it.

Cons

Owner of the company is extremely unpredictable. She will curse and scream at employees for simple mistakes and will also curse and scream at parents for asking questions. If you call out they’ll call you and ask you personal health questions (which is ilegal) and threaten your employment - even if it’s a health emergency. They once told me to come in with a fever of 101.9 and “you don’t have to talk, you can just stand there”. There is no vetting of employees and no training once they start work, putting staff & students in dangerous positions.
