The only positive thing is CEO of the company and his ethics helping capricot to grow. very genuine and inspirational person.

Cons

In the era of 21st century, they still work on dynastic thinking, no respect of employees and their abilities. They are showing their company is so big but the reality is different. its like "Great Cry little wool" Vp is not a professional person, he is not having any sense how to talk. He is just like "Empty vessel sounds much"

The only good thing about this company is his chairman. He is a great person. Technical job is good in this firm but for sales they are the worst company ever.

Cons

The worst thing happens to someone is joining this company's AEC Sales team. The top management is self centred. If you are working on any case and successfully sell the products they will took the credit. But if something wrong happened they take back their hand from you and left you alone in front of top management. The attitude of VP is so unprofessional he even don't know how to talk. They plays with their customers, sending them highest prices and after sell know one is there for the support.
