Pros

Nice interview and insurance, 401K

Cons

Bullying, harassment, hostile work environment, no team players, lies, no leadership, employees run the floor and do what they want when they want, no organization, chaos, high turnover, bad training. If any, workers are mean and talk about others in their language, belittling, afraid to get rid of liabilty workers because they can't get people to stay employed there. Might the liabilities be the reason this company is stuck. Until their assets are taken care of the liabilities will keep wasting this company's money on unorganized, wasteful production.

Pros

They have nice computers and office equipment. I liked the break room and the receptionist was very nice.

Cons

They do not give you a learning curve to learn the product. Horrible place to work. It should take you six months to learn the job. They expect instant gratification and you will get frustrated. People usually quit in 2 weeks or get fired in two weeks.

Pros

Co-workers are nice, pay is decent, benefits are decent.

Cons

High turnover in the QA department, high micromanagement, inflexible work from home policy, unrealistic expectations and toxic nickpicking and harassment from QA management The co-workers there are fine though, and the work is decent, the pay is decent. I give the company 4/5 stars, I give the QA department management and their management style 2/5 stars
