Capstone's internal team does a stellar job presenting themselves in a good light, forward thinking and innovative.
Cons
Misrepresentation of who they as an organization. The CEO espouses Christian values, but the internal team doesn't practice them, and isn't as involved with the internal talent as he should be for the size of organization. They have been in business for 20 - plus years, but have poor process in place, lack of training, poor communication with changes and expectations. Do your due diligence before considering this organization.
