At least when I was there, there was no ability to work full time remote or on a flexible schedule, which is pretty typical for Waco (and most companies, to be fair). I do think maybe one or two employees were full time remote AND I also didn't ever ask to switch, but the policy was definitely in the office with everyone else, leave with everyone else. Pay was decent (it's Waco non SF); benefits I think could have been a bit better around healthcare but they weren't bad, just average.

Disastrously unorganized, with severe reluctance from upper management for any sort of restructuring or improvement whatsoever. The manager of my department likes to stay out of office for months at a time and “work on site” Obviously everyone else has to pick up each other’s slack and there is no accountability system. Steep learning curve with no learning materials and no one has time to offer assistance.
