At least when I was there, there was no ability to work full time remote or on a flexible schedule, which is pretty typical for Waco (and most companies, to be fair). I do think maybe one or two employees were full time remote AND I also didn't ever ask to switch, but the policy was definitely in the office with everyone else, leave with everyone else.
Pay was decent (it's Waco non SF); benefits I think could have been a bit better around healthcare but they weren't bad, just average.
