Pros

Coworkers you work with are amazing and you end up developing deep friendships with them. The insurance benefits are great.

Cons

Not valued as employees, long hours with no breaks, belittled by clients, and potential of being laid off due to budget cuts when numbers are low. No room for growth within the company. The company cares more about client numbers being high more than quality of care.

Great benefits, awesome training's, Supportive peers and work comrades.

Cons

Residential treatment can be taxing, not a job you can hang on to forever. Not much room to move up in the company.
