Pros

- Fantastic Benefits (amazing health insurance, 401k, AD&D, etc) - Senior Management has a clear vision and shares that vision openly with all staff - The culture fostered by Senior Management is amazingly friendly and pleasant - Senior Management is very open to hearing feedback from all employees at the company and appropriately implements new ideas - Excellent compensation

Cons

Program Management is a mess. The systems are incredibly outdated. The department needs a proper tech consultant to sort it out. Some of the Program Managers that have been there for many years are opposed to change, making it difficult to improve procedures. The gossip-y culture within Program Management is harmful and contrary to the vision that Senior Management sets out. Your work-life balance is totally dependent on your team, how well staffed they are and how efficiently they work. It's not uncommon to see employees come in on the weekend to finish work or work 12 hour days multiple days of the week.

Pros

Job security, very rapid growth and big goals as a company.

Cons

The rate of growth has started to make the culture suffer and it is becoming very corporate feeling. A small number does a majority of the work and there are a lot of new inexperienced people that end up doing only the most basic tasks - not sure why they would stay longterm. Also people are promoted because they have been there a long time or a family member of management but don’t really have the skills
