It would be great to hear from you privately to understand what you mean by a poor working environment, micromanagement and backstabbing so we can learn from your experiences. We always receive praise for our working environment, salaries and benefits are benchmarked regularly and we don't have a particularly hierarchical structure, so your comments were a little surprising. The PCV Team were always available to support with any issues you faced, including drama among staff so I hope that you came to see us whilst you were here to discuss any exposure to drama you may have had. I hope that you are enjoying your new role and life outside CBS and keep in touch!

Pros

Small business with plenty of activities to learn and develop a career, management will give chances for people to prove themselves, good comparable benefits

Cons

Growing bureaucracy and quickly losing the small family feeling, wellbeing is a buzzword that is used rather than actually developed on, pay scales are based purely on job title rather than the actual role people perform, senior management lack vision and struggle with change that is needed in a business in a technology heavy industry.
