Pros
In addition to having a supportive team that really listens to its employees, CarStickers has many other benefits, including: - Profit Sharing - Medical and Dental Insurance - IRA Contribution matching - Parties throughout the year (including incredible Christmas party) - Annual rafting trip There are opportunities for advancement as new positions open up, and employees are encouraged to learn how to operate equipment they're unfamiliar with.
Cons
Some benefits (like profit sharing and increased PTO) only kick in after a year, so you need to commit to staying at the company at least that long to take advantage of those benefits. Also, there are definitely parts of the year when the company is busier, and we all feel an increased pressure to get things done quickly during those seasons.

Fun work environment, generous PTO, quarterly profit-sharing, 50% health insurance, and retirement matching
Cons
It can be stressful when large orders come in and there can be short deadlines. Some people would prefer the workday to start later (it starts at 7:30am)
