      Self destructive

      Pros

      On the retail level at our location, it was a great job. Got along great with most of the my associates. And work was pretty straightforward. Steady customers made work go by fast.

      Cons

      Middle management was horrendous in general. No one was on the same page, and people that knew the ship was crashing just rode it out and left customer facing associates out to drown, with no help.

      Pros

      Nice enough coworkers, mandatory overtime so a little extra came in due to 10 hr days.

      Cons

      Mandatory 10 hr days, getting yelled at constantly over used cars that weren't even that great. High turnover, coworkers constantly turning off their phones.
