      Ego driven Ethnically charged Alcoholic ethos Drug culture Lies are common and are seen as motivational tools They will know how many emails you’ve sen how many calls you’ve made but can never work out out much commission you are due. Please be extremely wary of this as arguing about your pay gets your fired.

      Finance Company Ran By a Car Dealership

      Pay was ok, cost of living taken into account, company gives back, but at a cost.

      Cons

      Downsides of working here… unfair management and above, a finance company I can only describe as being like a dealer franchise where they have unqualified management. Payroll was my biggest upset here still to be sorted and now I am struggling financially due to it. Company’s expectations non achievable without the offer of a performance plan. No support from management.

      Seriously none, the place is like a cowboy employer. The people below management are nice

      Bonus structure not explained to even seasoned staff Get moved about roles with no say in the matter Poor staff retention Uniform is horrid Regularly see people employed for X role but end up doing something much worse No job security Place is run like a call centre but worse Paperwork sprawled everywhere including peoples bank details Taking breaks frowned upon Managers who really shouldnt be there, clueless
