Where do I start with what's wrong.... The people who run the place are selfish, out for what's best for them, if you stand up for yourself then they try to find a way to get you away from the place. The main thing that done it for me was the trying to single people out but allow others to do whatever they want especially if you tell on another co worker someone or do there job for them. It's a lot of people that like to tell on people to climb the letter and end up getting fired themselves!

* Unrealistic management goals - 1 billion dollar company - in your dreams! * Too much of a corporate feel * Management is two-faced, cheap, shady, unfair * MAJOR layoffs! due to CEO bringing his own team in (unfair/biased) * Too much playing favoritism and it's OBVIOUS * They try to act like a start-up, however far from it With that being said, no growth here.. stay away.. RUN! and don't ever fall into their trap!
