Never had a chance to succeed

Pros

Decent base salary and benefits

Cons

Misrepresentation by management regarding program partners, no media or marketing expenditures as promised to team and it's participating dealers, constant pressure and intimidation to sign dealers and demand payment for services that they were not receiving. Promised compensation program never happened and commissions were not paid for months, if at all.

Pros

Honestly, there are NONE.

Cons

There are too many to count. I came here because I believed in the concept but the leadership at the top is horrific! Oh and all these positive reviews posted— are false. They ask their employees to fill out positive reviews.

Don’t settle, keep moving..

Pros

Minimal expectations, fully remote work.

Cons

Not sure where to even start. After several years as an employee within this company it is unbelievable this company still remains in business and I could no longer jeopardize my industry reputation with bait and switch practices and a relationship with “America’s largest retailer” that has never truly existed. Auto Dealers were manipulated into paying upfront for a relationship with “Americas most trusted retailer” that promised leads which never materialized after years of misleading sales practices by serial entrepreneur/used car salesman who has failed at nearly everything he’s ever touched in his career. Where is the fiduciary duty by this board of directors to prolong the years of losses and manipulation. As a prospective candidate, keep moving don’t wind up in a company that does not have a moral compass, management misfits, and below standard benefits.
