1) Horrible exec management - sinking ship - dir level positions not getting filled - promote within - un reasonable and undeserving candidates - some people not fit to be in positions. CTO doesn't know what he`s up to. Just .... up to the bosses and ensuring he has a job. 2) People who run call centers, people unfit to be project managers - have become Vice Presidents and Directors, women with just average skills- no management skills, become directors just because the virtue of being women - all this in a technology company 3) Racial discrimination very high - no body cares - very demeaning statements and insulting in meetings and group settings - someone teach these Dirs/Managers some manners 4) Sinking Ship

The leadership team and management are in chaos, and due to a recent reorganization, many employees were either let go or live in fear that they will be. The expectations of the job are ridiculous, with very little work/life balance. If you voice concern about this, management tells you that you are free to look elsewhere. Morale was pretty low the majority of the time that I was there because employees lacked support from their immediate managers. Communication was very poor; the CEO sent a mass email out to ALL employees about cuts, creating mass pandemonium. Terrible way to handle cutbacks.
