      Pros

      Good working environment. Good scope to learn if your reporting manager is good. (Mine wasn't) Sat Sun off for certain teams On-time salary that is above industry standards

      Cons

      - Lots of favoritism towards managers and senior employees who have been in the organisation since inception - Lots of last-minute work - Extended hours almost everyday - No scope to innovate or bring new ideas to the table if reporting manager is biased towards you - Lots of internal politics for a company that is fairly new

      Pros

      If you are bad at tech and you are asking package below industry standards, this company is for you.

      Cons

      They hire saying its full time role but after joining they give you contract role (beaware testing team) No learning experience curve for developers here. College students beaware they might hire you for developer role but they will probably shift you to manual testing. They will hire you for some role but will ask you to do some unworthy work. Except 3-4 people who are here for 5-7 years, all are new here. Iteration rate is very high here.

      * Lots of people to share your agony as everyone is sailing in the same boat

      Cons

      * Salary was the only positive thing in the org, now it is a history. So many variables and the variables unlike other companies you will never get even 90% ever. * Tech in CaratLane is dying as there is no proper person to guide. * Top management always feel employees as liabilities * No matter how much you work on a weekday, if you work on a weekend or after office hours you are a star performer. * Much more are there but I guess these points are enough for a smart person to gauge the gravity of the situation. * After reading this review if you feel like it's a voice of an unsatisfied employee, go join the company and see for yourself.
